Here, you get dazzling service with a dazzling 100% guarantee.

Free Ground UPS Shipping on Orders over $199!

At other printing companies, the cost of shipping can almost equal the cost of your printing project. But not at Digitrade Printing! Just make sure your printing order is for $199 or over and you get free shipping via UPS ground service within the contiguous United States. If upgrading to expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd day, or 3 day shipping), there is no credit for the difference between ground and expedited shipping.

We offer four binding styles for multipage documents:

Saddle stitching: This binding style can be used for documents from 8 to 80 pages. We use large sheets of paper to print two pages on each side of a sheet of paper. The sheets are then collated, folded in half, with two staples on the binding edge. This is a great option for catalogs, program booklets, etc. However, it is important to keep in mind that saddle stitched booklets must be set up in increments of 4 pages. This binding costs 20 cents per book.

Perfect binding: This binding style is available for documents from 8 pages to over 300 pages. With perfect binding, glue is placed in the center of the inside cover and then the inside pages adhere to the glue. This binding style is popular for paperback novels and larger magazines. This binding costs 50 cents per book.

Plastic coil binding: This binding style is also available for documents from 8 pages to over 300 pages. Think of a school notebook, except the binding is covered in black plastic instead of metal. It is perfect for documents that will be heavily used or in situations where the document needs to lay flat. This binding costs 95 cents per book.

Wire-o binding: This binding style is also available for documents from 8 pages to over 300 pages. It is similar to plastic coil binding, except the binding is light black wire. Many believe that it is a bit more sophisticated looking than plastic coil binding. Wire-o binding is also a perfect option for documents that will be heavily used or in situations where the document needs to lay flat. This binding costs 80 cents per book.

We offer a variety of paper choices for the inside pages of your document as well as special papers for covers. All of our papers are offered in white only.

For inside pages, we offer:
60 lb. uncoated text
70 lb. uncoated text
70 lb. matte text
70 lb. gloss text
80 lb. matte text
80 lb. gloss text
100 lb. matte text
100 lb. gloss text

For covers, you can use the same paper as the inside pages or these paper stocks:
100 lb. matte text
100 lb. gloss text
80 lb. matte cover
80 lb. gloss cover
100 lb. matte cover
100 lb. gloss cover
120 lb. matte cover
120 lb. gloss cover (only available with plastic coil and wire-o binding)

When pairing stocks for saddle stitch binding or perfect binding, we find that an 80# cover stock for the cover with 80# text stock for the inside pages or 100# cover stock for the cover with 100# text stock for the inside pages works very well.

For plastic coil and wire-o binding, we like the 120# gloss cover with at least 80# text stock on the inside.

Not sure which paper stocks to select? Order our sample kit. We will send you a plastic coil bound sample book that contains sample of all of our paper stocks.

We currently offer UV coating and lamination of covers.

UV coating adds a very shiny coating to the cover, which tends to make colors pop. The availability of this option depends on the binding style.

For saddle stitch binding, we cannot UV coat the covers. The binding is part of the printing process, so we cannot coat covers.

For perfect binding, we can UV coat the outside cover. The inside cover cannot be UV coating, because that would prevent the inside pages from adhering to the glue in the spine of the book.

For plastic coil and wire-o binding, we can UV coat both the front and back covers.

The cost for UV coating is 20 cents per side per book.

We also offer gloss and soft touch lamination, which is a film that goes over the cover. These options are available for perfect bound, plastic coil, and wire-o binding.

Our normal turnaround time is 4 business days after proof approval.

We also offer expedited turnaround times:
3 business days after proof approval costs 10% extra
2 business days after proof approval costs 20% extra
1 business day after proof approval costs 25% extra

Still not fast enough? If you need same day printing, call us at 1-877-977-3779 or chat online. If it is humanly possible to do, we will do it for you.

Unlike our trade printing competitors, we give you an exact number of production days. We do not give you a range of days, because we do not think that is very helpful for you to schedule jobs.

Please keep in mind that our turnaround times represent our production times and do not include shipping times for UPS to deliver your trade printing order to you. Shipping times can vary from 1 to 4 business days. Please see the chart on this page to determine how many shipping days you are from our trade printing facility. You can also expedite shipping for an additional charge. UPS offers overnight, 2nd day, and 3-day shipping in addition to standard ground shipping.

File Setup

We only accept PDF files for your trade printing files. The PDF file must be high resolution, which will embed all fonts and graphics, so that no elements are moved or displaced on your pages. Please review every page of your PDF before uploading it to us. You are the only one who can judge whether all of the pages are correct and that nothing has shifted or moved.

A human reviews every job before it is printed and shipped. In many cases, we will notice things like low-resolution graphics, layering issues, and sometimes even typos. If we notice something, we will bring it to your attention so that you can correct it. However, we cannot guarantee that we will notice everything that may be wrong with a particular job.
